The Following Conditions Will Be Strictly Enforced:
50% deposit at time of contract signing, and payment IN FULL by November 15th. Any overdue accounts will be
charged 2% interest per month until the account is paid in full. No work will be performed on boats with delinquent
accounts. Balances will be due upon completion of winterization. Our terms are Net 30 and any account not paid
will be subject to 2% interest per month until paid in full.
SUMMER DOCKAGE DEPOSITS WILL ONLY BE HONORED IF NO
ADDITIONAL BALANCE EXISTS ON ACCOUNT
